For oral presentations
| (1) | Presentation Time: | |
| For sessions except for 5D (poster session), authors will be given the following presentation time, including Q&A: | ||
| (A) | FULL papers (6 pages papers): 30min (20-25 min. presentation + 5-10 min. Q&A) | |
| (B) | SHORT papers (4 pages papers): 15min (10-12 min. presentation + 3-5 min. Q&A) | |
| (C) | LATE breaking result papers (2 pages papers): 15min (same as above) | |
| (2) | Please follow instructions given by chairperson during your presentation. All speakers and chairperson are requested to come to your session room 15minutes prior to starting the session. | |
| (3) | Please notify the room staff if any speaker is absent and please skip the absent presentation. | |
| (A) | Only a standard video projector will be provided in each room. | |
| (B) | The speakers are requested to bring their own laptop PC, and advised to check the connection with the projector by themselves in advance. | |
| (C) | Only a mini Dsub 15pin connector will be available for the projector.Please ensure that your PC is equipped with the proper monitor connector (mini Dsub 15pin) as shown below. | |

| (4) | Bring your exchange connector if your laptop PC is not equipped with the mini Dsub 15pin connector. For example, the following exchange cable is needed to use the mini Dsub 15pin connector in the case of Apple Powerbook G4. | |

For poster presentations
| (1) | The AMT2005 Conference will provide electricity source (AC 100V-60Hz, plug-type:
A, see http://kropla.com/electric2.htm for more information) and Internet
connection at the presentation room. But please prepare AC conversion tools
by yourselves, if needed. If you plan to demonstrate something at the conference and need more space or higher electric power than usual laptop PCs, please contact us (E-mail: kagawa@eng.kagawa-u.ac.jp). |
| (2) | The size of a poster board is 90cm (W) x 210cm (H). You can use one side (not both sides) of a poster board. It would not be wise to use the lower part of a poster board. The size of the effective area would be 85cm (W) x 120cm (H). |
| (3) | Please bring your own office supplies, such as tape, scissors, push pins, etc. The AMT2005 Conference will try to have some on hand, but can't supply everyone. |
